GiftWhisper is an AI-powered gift recommendation tool. It generates personalized gift suggestions based on quiz answers you provide. Recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions only — we do not guarantee product availability, pricing accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
You may optionally sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you agree to allow GiftWhisper to access your name, email address, and profile photo for account creation and identification purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may sign out at any time by clicking your profile in the header. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
GiftWhisper offers optional email reminders for important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). By providing your email and setting up reminders, you consent to receiving reminder emails before your saved occasions. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any reminder email or by contacting us. We will not send marketing or promotional emails unrelated to your saved reminders without your explicit consent.
When you use GiftWhisper, your quiz responses, gift votes, and saved dates may be stored in our database. You retain the right to request deletion of all your stored data at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your account, quiz history, saved gifts, reminder dates, email subscriptions, and associated analytics data within a reasonable timeframe.
GiftWhisper is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click "Shop This" links, you will be directed to Amazon. If you make a purchase, GiftWhisper may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Gift recommendations, descriptions, and quiz questions are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, including incorrect product names, inaccurate prices, or unavailable items. Always verify product details on Amazon before purchasing.
GiftWhisper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.
GiftWhisper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with recommended products or purchases made through affiliate links.
GiftWhisper is a recommendation service only. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or fulfill any products. All products linked through our service are sold by third-party retailers (primarily Amazon.com). We are not responsible for product quality, safety, defects, accuracy of product descriptions or images, pricing errors, availability, shipping, returns, refunds, or any damages resulting from products purchased through our affiliate links. Any issues with purchased products should be directed to the retailer or manufacturer. By using our affiliate links, you acknowledge that your purchase is a transaction solely between you and the retailer.
You agree not to misuse GiftWhisper, including but not limited to: using automated tools or bots to access the service, attempting to circumvent rate limits or security measures, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to reverse-engineer the AI prompts or system.
All purchases are made directly through Amazon.com. GiftWhisper is not a retailer and does not handle payments, shipping, returns, or customer service for any products. All purchase-related inquiries should be directed to Amazon.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of GiftWhisper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
